Shipping Details
PROCESSING TIME
Commissions and Original Paintings:
—Current turnaround for custom or commission work is about 6 weeks before shipment. The timeline for creation and delivery will be discussed with the client prior to deposit and start of project.

—Original paintings may take 2-3 weeks to ship (unless otherwise stated, i.e. paintings that ship once an exhibit has closed). Frames are made to order, and produced by a local craftsman, so timeline for shipment may also depend on studio demand and frame production. Once purchased, your order will be placed in a queue, and framed and shipped out as soon as possible.
—I do my best to honor deadline requests, so please contact me prior to purchasing if you'd like to request a specific delivery date.
Fine Art Prints/Stretched Canvas Prints:
All paper and canvas prints are PRINTED TO ORDER with my local fine art printer. These prints may take up to 3 weeks to process. This is due to studio demand, print time, stretching, and shipping time.

SHIPPING
—Shipping is currently limited to the United States. International shipping is possible, but you will need to contact me directly to discuss additional details.
—Domestic orders are generally shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking included to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check shipping address as reshipping fees due to incorrect/incomplete address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

—If you would like a Signature Required for delivery, please contact me at purchasing.

—Orders over $100 include shipping insurance purchased on it by me, in case it is damaged by the shipping company. If you believe your order has been damaged in transit, it is important to take photos of the state of the packaging and artwork as proof of damage.

Additional Policies

—The deposit on commissions is non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your commission once the deposit has been collected, please contact me, and we can discuss the possibility of using the deposit toward another work of mine.

—MI residents will be charged 6% sales tax at checkout.

—Any painting that is larger than 30"x40" may require alternate shipping methods and/or additional shipping charges. If an extra cost needs to be added to the order, the buyer will be contacted, and has the option to cancel the order if they do not want to pay the additional fee. Larger-scale stretched canvas paintings (larger than 30”x40”) may arrive un-stretched, rolled and shipped with stretcher bars for re-stretching. You can take this to a local framer for re-stretching that will likely cost around $100-$250, depending on the size.
